# Add authentication with BasicAuth

**PATCH /reservation/api/1/platform/{platform-code}/webhook/auth/basic-auth**

Activate BasicAuth authentication for webhooks.

## Parameters

#### Path parameters
- **platform-code** (string)
  The unique code assigned to the reservation platform.


## Body parameters
Content-type: application/json

- **password** (string(password))
  The basic auth password.
- **username** (string)
  The basic auth username.

## Responses
### 200: Accepted

#### Body Parameters: application/json (object)
- **accepted** (boolean)
  Whether the webhook request was accepted.
- **currentAuthType** (string)
  The current authentication type.

### 400: Non relevant request

### 403: Scope 'reservation-{platform-code}' not found in the token

### 404: Platform not found
